Meet the Team
Kim Pruitt
Kim Pruitt has 7 years of experience in the financial services industry, and has excelled in planning and administration of qualified retirement plans. She came to The Monolith Group from Fidelity Investments where she was an account executive in the Emerging Corporate Markets division. Kim’s unique 401 (k) evaluation process looks at comparable industry plans as a benchmark which ensures the client chooses the best plan for their business. When she is not at work Kim enjoys spending time with her two sons Chandler and Jordan playing basketball, baseball and camping.
Terry Merck
Terry Merck has been with the Monolith Group in Abilene since 2005. He has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and takes great pride in helping his customers build and maintain their wealth. Terry is a long time resident of Abilene and helped to lead the Abilene Christian University Wildcats to a national title in 1977 as an offensive lineman. He and his wife Sandra have a daughter, Katy, and a son, Connor, who they enjoy spending time with in their off hours. In addition to family and work Terry is the Vice-President of the Wylie Independent School District board of trustees and he serves as a host family for members of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Leanne Zeek-Jackson
Leanne Zeek-Jackson is a partner with The Monolith Group and has 10 years of experience in financial services. Her consultative approach to financial planning helps to ensure that her solutions are tailor made for her customers needs. When she is not helping her customers plan for the future she enjoys spending time with her husband, Craig, coaching and playing volleyball, and doing home renovation projects. Leanne graduated from Lamar University and is currently working on her M.S. from Walden University.
Tommy Copeland
Tommy Copeland came to The Monolith Group in 2008 with 20 years of experience in the banking and insurance industries. He is located in our Ennis office where he helps his clients in the Dallas and southern suburbs protect themselves from the unexpected as well as plan for retirement. Tommy received his undergraduate degree from Tarleton State University and he has received graduate degrees from Texas A&M University and Southern Methodist University. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, cooking and organic gardening.
